I haven't bought in yet. I gave myself FOMO and then an upper-cut to knock some sense into me.
Considering cash levels, I think AEV will issue shares for the first tranche. The agreement was structured in a way that if AEV decides for payment by shares and Aleees disagrees then the agreement in terminated.
Let's hope there is a juicy announcement to lift the VWAP and minimise dilution for the USD500k.
