enCore has four contracts in place. enCore might have over-committed*, at least for 2024, hence the deal with Boss. Hayward, on of the analysts, estimates EU will produce 500k pounds in 2024 (note that's from Rosita as well as Alta Mesa), and my best guess is that EU may have commited to 725k in deliveries.
The above are simply estimates; as far as my searches have found, enCore has not given the market enough data to know whether they're overcommited or not. Further, my best guess is that their contracts are well below 3-5 million pounds/year, which is what EU projects producing once Texas (3 million pounds/year) and Wyoming (2 million pounds/year) are fully on-line.
