maybe weeks, but the BOD have engaged the minister frequently and i think this is what nudged it out of the deadlock with the EPA. that and the BOD and company are paid up flag waving political doners.
My money is still on done and dusted by end of may (i actually think by end of next week).
with finance sorted june-july.
Construction commencing in parrallel as the company will burn the 4.4 million they have in the account to make clearance roads and put in some concrete pads ahead.
