Ann: Update on Application for Re-Listing, page-3

So here we are all, stranded ex delisted NMI shareholders nearly 4 years down the track......

All shareholders, as first delist option, were slotted under the personal Chairman's private Cogent Development Ltd
and pre existing Cogent web site.

I consider that, the current Board may well now entertain a selective share buy back due to the total
failure of CDG Ltd, at any level, to even get off the ground in regards to reinstating shareholder value for
ex NMI shareholders...any thoughts?

My personal opinion only....but are there any NMI shareholders that would embrace the concept??
