Strongly agree with you.

You cannot possibly raise money from holders. BCL knows they will get the project for free and without retention license, I doubt they will put money in.

This is the first company I invest in that has project in Africa. Botswana is low sovereign risk, but look what happens.

I cannot wait for 2015 when Botswana economy will collapse without self-sustaining electricity supply IMHO.

Botswana government needs to get mining projects going, collect enough tax and build lots of power stations. They got 200Bt of thermal coal, but no power station to use them. Without power you cannot do any mining. Don't forget they don't have any port.

South Africa is growing fast and will require all the electricity (and not enough for themselves).

I'll live in good life, doesn't worry me if BML collapse.
