    ..probably was Sonangol pulling the pin on reaching the depth to satisfy the farm in obligation and gone on a bit further so slowly and not having the same faith...and also could have been CUPET saying you've spent enough time on this we need oil asap lets go back to where we know it is and work on that first.."...makes sense it was something like that..imo..?
