    The first part yeah Defo, but maybe the power outtages put pay to the second part.
    I imagine paying 85 PC was upsetting sonangol and they gave may an ultimate that having completed their obligations there, if may wanted to persist they had to stump up 30 PC... Of costs.... So stumps were instead pulled.
    The land of unintended consequences is not restricted to oz eh?
