    I agree. AP at the 22 Feb Webinar seemed to imply the first Government well had only just spudded (but no exact date was provided) and that well was expected to complete by the end of March (a week after the March 23 announcement). So that is approx 5 weeks. If we pick a random spud date for the second well (lets say 10 April), and assume the same drill time (5 weeks), that should put completion around mid May (all going smoothly). Let's just hope the second well has spudded (and preferably sooner).
