    There friends with big sticks are fighting a war on the other side of the world at the moment and are nearly broke themselves. Cuba won't be nationalising any foreign investment because the only place they would be able to sell there product is Russia and they can't afford it and don't need it anyway. Those kind of ideas should be left on the 1960 table.
