My frank view is that Cuba needs any oil it can generate for its own consumption. They barter for oil with countries like Venezuela and Russia, they are not looking at selling it. Any hard currency the domestic production might free up, could be used to modernise their electricity generation but I am not sure that would happen. LOL I hope they are happy with their 36% of the cake. Time to get back to talk of rigs and drilling etc. Politics be damned.
