We could see it would only take one serious buyer and the price would jump.
I can only guess a few players were seriously concerned either about Cuba holding onto the rig, or happy to wait on the side lines until the rig was cleared to move. Small and of course very positive news. I will be sitting down, watching the market all day, once we do receive results. Cheers.
