    So APRA have now advised that they have again commenced issuing banking licences.

    And that new licences (like NOV's RADI) will commence being issued in March 2021 - in around 6 months time.

    Whilst all NOV shareholders would like it to be issued sooner, at least this announcement gives some certainty to the timeline - so I am taking that as a positive.
