We’re looking at a potential award in the hundreds of millions, compared to a market cap of just US$10 million. There is likely an opportunity to monetize the award by selling it to a litigation finance fund, such as Burford Capital, which specializes in enforcing claims against sovereign entities. Argentina and Venezuela serve as precedents—creditors managed to recover a significant portion of their claims. In this case, even a recovery of just $50 million out of a much larger award (10% or less maybe) could generate substantial upside, making this a potential multi-bagger. Do your own DD. I am long.
