Well I hope you are correct. I am more concerned by the amount of money they have spent on the arbitration. Must be many $$$$$ by now. Probably $5m+. When I first bought into EQX they had $30m in the bank. Down to about $12m now. What a disaster.
And I am pretty sure EQX mentioned litigation funders a couple of years ago...and no one has stepped up.
Hopefully no more cash is spent and a project is secured.
