As at December 31, 2025, EQX had $12.6 million in cash and $11.3 million in working capital and zero long term liabilities. I therefore currently see no need for either a capital increase or securing litigation funding. The latter would be a bad joke so close to completion, when the bulk of the expenditure has probably already been made. It would be better to have a comparatively small capital increase and, if successful, receive 100% of the award
