Have you bothered to read the mining act, if you had you would have realised that what Zhc posted was a summation of the act by a 3rd party and not a verbatim posting of the Mining Act. The attached highlights any changes to the original act in colour corresponding to the year of change.
Could you possibly show where the current government has done what you claim in your post.
