It is positive that they are allowing the Tribunal to decide the production of documents. These things do drag out but this is certainly one step closer to a resolution. Who knows but maybe the Egyptian government is waiting for a pay out from the ship that blocked the Suez Canal. It is still being detained and an in principle resolution for compensation has been reached
