Thanks Saulta. That makes it clear for anyone who's a newcomer. EM1 no longer holds Tantalum International (TIL), it's been spun off, but they have retained an interest in any award/settlement of the TIL claim. Tantalum Egypt was 50% held by TIL the other 50% being held by various Egyptian Government entities, with TIL holding the casting vote.
As I understand it, TIL is now an unlisted public company with it's own directors and shareholders and is completely independent from EM1.
