I would be surprised if the dividend wasn’t preceded by a letter from the company outlining the successful outcome of the arbitration and the resulting dividend payout due to be distributed to shareholders on a particular date. I would have thought that the letter might explain the type of dividend they are distributing from a taxation viewpoint as they will have sought advice on the type of dividend to be paid out. I would also guess that the letter might contain information on the winding up of TILU as this was created to distribute any compensation gained from the Egyptian Government. Anyway just my thoughts…
