Yes remember it's an "if" because I guess rulings can go either way and we should be mindful of that but there would be (with a win like that Denver) one would imagine , there would be a fairly large capital distribution back to the shareholders. It's going to be up to the Board on what they do and clearly IMO they'll weigh up their exploration needs for the medium term and any overs should go back to shareholders. A simple way to look at it circa every USD $20m return to shareholders equates our current market cap thus I think we'll be happy with whatever the board decides again "if" we win.
