Great news as we have got to the final hearing. I'm led to believe that the ruling that the panel makes is non-appealable and binding on all parties. On reflection this is an important day as there can be no further delays and this matter is drawing to its natural conclusion. It's encouraging to see the World Bank has set up a mechanism whereby disputing parties can amicably find a way forward.
