"On 6 March 2023, the two Governments applied for an order that GMAS be required to
provide security for the costs of the two Governments' defence in the event that the two
Governments prevail in the arbitration, and that GMAS is ordered to pay some or all of their
legal costs."
Strange that announcing the outcome required a TH but the company didn't think it was important enough to inform SH's in the first instance. Poor form.
