This is actually great news as it means the Board of Indiana clearly are trying to maximise the return to shareholders by letting our legal action run its full course. I'm buoyed by the fact that non-related parties are clearly making truck loads of cash by utilising our diligent past working and efforts. IMO this must be most valuable evidence to our case. I think we all must now sit back and let this play out and get on with the exploration on our extensive South Australian land package. I'm confident the upcoming gold results will hit the mark and I'm waiting with bated breath for IDA's next move with respect to REEs.
