Appears the tribunal has rejected the company's proposed schedule for written arguments on the question of bifurcation and a hearing on the issue.
I'm sure the arbitrators have more than enough evidence already to determine the issue of bifurcation and to also make a decision on the issue of jurisdiction. I surmise the tribunal will progress the jurisdiction issue in a preliminary phase.
The next arbitration update is going to be a big one IMO.
