There's a part of me that is glad the response from management wasn't turned around in two weeks, because the last thing we need after all this time is a response that appears haphazard and rushed.
But knowing Cinnabon's attention to detail and humility, defeat could still be from the jaws of victory, and there's nothing to say it's not a typo-ridden hot mess.
I'll hold off any high fives till the fat lady sings.
