    Now for someone to 1)read through the submission, 2) understand it and 3) for the committee to approve it and 4) then make a final recommendation to the Minister. 5) Christmas break coming up in a few weeks.
    I suspect March- April 2024, before we hear from the Hon. Minister's office. Thoughts, anyone?
