    I'm betting that management failed to complete their payment due on 1/7 to SVG. will probably sign another extension to end of July and pay another hundred thousands of extension fee.

    very poor execution. 2 months and they can't complete. no wonder SP speaks for itself.

    if PW is reading, wake up and do your job we shareholders pay you to!
