re: Ann: Update on asset carrying values and ... I think management have piled into regional assests and second teir assets becase the yields are higher. Higher the yield thease packaging it in a fund.
Now finance is hard to get. Regionals are out of favor so the rooster has come home to roost and some of APZ investments have been shown up to be rubbish.
Lets hope we have seen the last of the writdowns.
