you think it is so umcommon. How come the expression to describe it is 'further writedowns. THeir development syndicates have turned into dogs. Several property companies have announced development stock writdowns for 30 June 12 already.
I am no expert but I was very clearly indicated that valuations were going to be under pressure 30 June 2012.
All you can hope for is that they have taken an angle grinder to valuations rather than a feathersword.
As for the bonus's this will be very interesting. It would be outrageus if the MD got a big bonus for this mess.
