re: Ann: Update on asset carrying values and ... APZ sells syndicated and fund products. This requires selling at lot more sizzle than steak. Unfortunately the sizzle creeps into everything the company announces, disingenuous is the tone of the announcements.
Usually management believes their own hype right up until receivers are appointed or major business activities are abandoned.
I don't think APZ are going broke but I think it is only a matter of time before they exit the development business. Their losses in the last 10 years have been greater than all their profits and the still put the bull in their announcements.
A wheeler dealer without cash can't do a deal.
They need to slim the rather bloated organization down to match their new limited working capital model.
