I don't think the company had much say in it. Banks will be controlling the process. Asset are not worth anywhere what people think. Obviously only 1 party interested. No competitive bidding. No buyers out there for these assets.
what's next....banks want the debt reduced and or refinanced. some form of highly dilutive equity raising, convertible note, debt for equity swap.....either way existing shareholders will not end up with much
