Had a look through the listing rule principles for PNGX and I don’t think we satisfy any of them.
2nd pic says we have to have an aggregated profit of 600,000K (AUD$217,000) for the last 3 years.
3rd pic says we are supposed to get an annual report (and I think a half yearly too).
I guess all exchanges are pretty lax at enforcing their own rules.
