No Ghostape, you still have your shares, they changed registry's. We just can't trade them on market until we get re-listed on the PNGX. Nor can we claim a loss through tax. So we are in-between a rock and a hard place at present. In the last announcement management reckons we have paid the re-listing and Auditors fees, but the PNGX won't re-list us until management file 2 annual reports which are a couple of years overdue (WHY HE HASN'T FILED THEM IS OPEN FOR DISCUSSION). But they are with the auditors, and should have been returned to the company for filing by now. So again we wait! You can follow and research our company on the PNGX website, all our announcements are posted there. I am still waiting for a reply from the PNGX, I emailed them asking why haven't they followed up on market supervision and what is happening with our listing. I am still waiting for a reply!
