Avz shareholders still hold ownership of this entity which is still fighting with court cases just hearing up.

I do feel for shorters however with no way to close their short position unless they can maybe buy off market? I’m not selling mine for under $2 aud shoot me an email.

Not really sure how a delisted ex-ASX share is any more difficult or easy for shares to be bought in compared to one listed on the ASX but suspended. And for those shorting (not me), I guess if the company is delisted and later goes on to become insolvent IF that happens, then correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t that cause there to be no remaining obligation to return shorted shares?
