The DRC is self destructing in misery and helplessness as war pushes millions of people out of there homes, there is no chance of the DRC ever wanting an Australian company in there country being that our government is supporting the war effort of others that are against the interests of Russa, it is only the Russians that are helping people of Africa with grains that are being redirected to western nations as the people of African countries starve and have little to no help in stopping armed factions killing people.

Really? Why would we reach the point of being givn the a ministerial decree for an explanation licence, why didn't they just pull the pin before we spent 100 million if they are so anti Australian? I think you will find it is pure corrution that is the root cause.
