after more than 6 months they still haven't signed an agreement and no time frame is given for the $$ to arrive into their almost depleted bank account and certainly no guarantee any money will actually be forthcoming.


if by some miracle they do sign an agreement I wonder if shareholders will get to read the terms and conditions of said loan given the safety net of the ASX disclosure rules will be gone.
