If this wasn't so sad it would be hillarious. What a laugh people trying to give their shares away for a capital loss,now if anyone here can see the current situation as a positive i give up. AVZ basically "disappears" in a week or two, someone posted the financials of Locke Capital earlier, they have cash at bank British Pounds 132K and total assets of minus 1.5m Pounds ? Now i am not saying they can't get the $20m but i have seen many companies say they will and can't, and also what on earth will be the terms i shudder to think.
Now as i said last night, JUST LIST THE FREAKIN SHARES AND STOP TELLING US WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF SHAREHOLDERS, IF SOME SHAREHOLDERS WANT TO DUMP THEN THEY WILL DUMP, IF SOME WANT TO BUY THEN THEY WILL BUY, JUST RELIST THE FREAKIN SHARES AND STOP HOLDING OUR CASH. because i see this as a real negative given the financial and political situation AVZ are in RANT OVER.
