No doubt under the circumstances there is a possibility of a compromise in the event the asset would be sold . However I doubt very much Nigel would fire sale it . That is what ICSID is for . I guess it might come down to Felix's attitude toward ICC/ICSID and how he feels about his standing on the international stage . The higher the price the more Tax$$$ goes to Felix . Think of the Tax$$$ the DRC people missed out on by basically gifting the North to the Chinese .We are talking 100's of millions down the sh1tter because a few criminal grubs want to fill their boots . The DRC people have been screwed over big time .
