The board sound relieved to have made it nearly to the finish line of a 2-year suspension. An olympic effort!

Once they cross that finish line there are no pesky disclosure rules, no obligation to announce anything, no share price discovery and no simple means for shareholders to sell the shares they own/ed. No transparency at all.

The Class Action will be a walk in the park based on public information IMO.
