well they are meant to keep us posted with continuous disclosure, but if they were doing that 3yrs ago there would be a lot of holders, myself included, that would never of bought this stock. FMD the AFR told us about losing the mining decree before AVZ did. I'd advise all holders to read up on the process of ICSID and how long cases go for and the process for seeking payment of awards. it's nothing that's going to instil much confidence in getting a result even this decade.
