If you look back a few pages, you find out that some shareholders had absolutely no idea how the ASX works. If a company wants to withhold continuous disclosure information, they are suspended. If they continue to not publish the continuous disclosure information for two years they are delisted.
If I was a shareholder then I would be reading this page: "The measures place a greater emphasis on the mental element of any impugned breach of a listed entity’s continuous disclosure obligations – with an entity now needing to act with knowledge, recklessness, or negligence." source: https://ironbridgelegal.com.au/continuous-disclosure/
