lockes due dilligence would of taken into consideration how they would be getting there money back. I think the board is pretty confident if we stay strong and put the pressure on with money behind us we will get better outcome
whether it’s to sell the assets and move on or not.
drc will have to listen now. And they might just want all this drama to go away
imo the risk vs reward by Locke has been settled and they are not just taking a punt on the chance of getting paid back
