imo the risk vs reward by Locke has been settled and they are not just taking a punt on the chance of getting paid back

Wallet wizard rates will look like a free money compared to Locke's terms and conditions ( IMO ) what % will they want as a success fee ??? If the DD is done why didn't todays announcement say we are all good to go ?
