Avz a going concern until q4 and Locke all good to go once we know whether the DRC/cominiere can be forced to pay fines.
With Locke in place they will be solvent for 24 months minimum whilst ICSID f*s the DRC economy beyond belief.
Shorts on the other hand, are completely f*ed with no way to settle up and continual interest costs. Have fun with that.
