it’s hard to say but almost certainly less. The asx is the way the price is “discovered” and it’s transparent. Private sales are just between you and the counterparty and are not required to be disclosed.
its really not ideal it’s delisting for retail shareholder as all the checks and balances the asx provides ( and transparency) are now up to you unless you are a insto or have deep pockets to conduct your own diligence you are out of luck really.
rarely does a delisting end well for anybody.
