Most likely the BOD are focussed on executing a set strategy, likely to be neg with Felix with a positive outcome for all. Might be a new player comes in thats more in keeping with Felix's dream of a future batt hub, they have a very close neihbour only 3k kms (S A) away nth east of Manono, who's to say.
Felix will want this embarrasment shut down soon, he must be looking at damage cntrl their fines are becoming huge, he wants to be a player on the international stage, that wont happen if he and his country continue to get dragged onto the international stage of shame, it must be feeling like a cancer to him, all his dirty laundry on show for all to see decimating what credability the DRC gov's still has if any.
