could avz be delaying the process gently to wait and see if ICSID/ICC can force the DRC to pay via withheld imf payments and or seizure of assets?
Wouldn’t commit to an expensive lit finder unless it was 100% required it’s not in shareholders best interest.
Legal process takes a long time also hence the extended DD waiting to see outcome of ICSID and icc
