the way I see it there is something going on and a resolution is close.
why did they wait until midnight to advise of the delisting?
what's interesting is the acknowledgement that success is likely and this may mean renegotiating JV terms with the DRC. it looks to me that the pressure truly is working.
I don't see how the ongoing denial of international court decisions is a viable long term strategy. At some point the DRC will have to concede they are missing out on an immense amount of money.
DRC will try to save face and play the long game eventually, an I think it will be sooner rather than later. AVZ have announced they have the funding subject to terms and conditions which is their way if telling the DRC that we are not giving up.
This will come down to DRC and AVZ working together and I think they have been doing that which is why the announcement was tabled so late.
