NOTE: If you are transferring shares from or to a broker/CHESS sponsored holding (Holder number starting with ‘X’), you will need to contact the sponsoring broker of the account to transfer these shares. Automic can only transfer shares between issuer sponsored holdings (Holder number starting with ‘I’).

To transfer the shares, you will need to complete a:

• Standard Transfer Form,
• Provideoriginally ^certified copiesof the required identification
• Return all via email or post direct to our office.

Identification required:

Please note, for a transfer to be registeredthe Transferor/s (seller/s) and Transferee/s (buyer/s)must provide one or more of the following originally ^certified copies:

Individual Holders

• One of - Primary photographic identity document
  • Australian Drivers licence
  • Passport (expired no more than two years ago)
  • National identity card
  • Proof of age card

Or

• One of - Non-photographic identity document
  • Australian Birth Certificate or Extract of Birth
  • Foreign Citizenship Certificate

Plus

• One of - Non-photographic identity document
  • A financial benefit notice or income tax statement notice issued by the Commonwealth, State or Territory within the last 12 months
  • A local government notice or utilities notice issued in the last 3 months

Corporate/Entity Holder

• If the Transferor (seller) and/or Transferee (buyer) is registered under an entity, you will need to provide the following:
  • An originally ^certified copy of Company Statement, which must include a listing of the directors or
  • An extract of the company registration including a listing of the directors or
  • An originally ^certified copy of a licence issued by a domestic or foreign regulator
  • Photo ID of the director(s) (If more then 1 director minimum of 2 must sign and provide ID)

^Certification date must be within 12 months of submitting your transfer request form
