right so delisting is to avoid scrutiniy, because a delisted company is no longer regulated right?
Perhaps you should try better to understand the point.
on one side you say this is dead, on the other side you want to buy shares at 5c. very confusing, do you feel confused yourself? probably.
if you did want to buy, the price is 2.80, you can figure out the maths yourself ..
